Demystifying education advocacy with E3 Alliance
I co-facilitated an OOUX sprint so the Pixo team could build the perfect website for a very complicated organization. In the process, we empowered the client with a shared language to explain who they are.
User centered content and customized content governance for Illinois App
I helped the Illinois app target students by listening, observing and making data-informed decisions.
A big transition for Office of Sustainability
I was the lead on the Office of Sustainability content transition for the new City website. I helped the department’s content authors prioritize, archive, and rewrite content. I also set them up for maintaining their own content by providing CMS training and educating them about writing for the web.
